INTRODUCTION

{¶1} The Grand Jury indicted Phillip Bloodworth on two counts of aggravated robbery and two counts of having weapons while under disability along with two firearm specifications. Before trial, Mr. Bloodworth waived his right to counsel. A jury found him guilty of the offenses and specifications, and the trial court sentenced him to 20 years in prison.
