{¶ 1} Kinley Kelm appeals a March 10, 2011 judgment of the Wood County Court of Common Pleas denying his March 2, 2011 motion to withdraw his guilty plea. On August 14, 2009, Kelm pled guilty to one count of a two-count indictment for theft. The other count was dismissed under a plea agreement. He pled guilty to a fourth degree felony theft offense, a violation of R.C. 2913.02...
