{¶ 1} John Shutway, pro se, appeals from a judgment of the Champaign County Court of Common Pleas, which denied Edward Preston's petition for a civil stalking protection order, but fined Shutway $250 for failing to comply with a court order during the evidentiary hearing on the petition.
