{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Anthony L. Wilson appeals from the overruling of his petition for post-conviction relief, without a hearing. Many of the claims for relief from his conviction that Wilson makes in this appeal were not raised in the trial court. The claims Wilson made in the trial court either could have been raised in his direct appeal from his conviction, or were not supported by allegations of fact. Accordingly...
