{¶ 1} Respondent-Appellant, John L. Guyton, Jr., appeals the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Paulding County granting a domestic violence civil protection order ("CPO") to Petitioner-Appellee, Elizabeth Moore. On appeal, Guyton argues that the trial court abused its discretion by issuing the CPO and including Moore's and Guyton's children in the order.
