{¶ 1} After pleading no contest to complicity to possession of cocaine, Carlos Smith appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress. During a traffic stop, he admitted that he and his passenger had been smoking marihuana and gave the trooper a small baggie of it. Aside from loose marihuana on Smith's t-shirt and in the vehicle's passenger compartment, the trooper found no other contraband...
