{¶1} Appellants, Village Green of Beachwood, L.P. ("Village Green") and Forest City Residential Management, Inc. ("FCRM"), appeal the trial court's denial of their motion for directed verdict and assign 11 errors for our review.1 Having reviewed the record and pertinent law, we affirm the trial court's decision.
