{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a Lawrence County Common Pleas Court judgment of conviction and sentence. William K. Estep, defendant below and appellant herein, pled guilty to (1) felonious assault in violation of R.C. 2903.11(A)(1); and (2) tampering with evidence in violation of R.C. 2921.12(A)(1).
