{¶1} Joey Westbrook was convicted of various drug offenses and sentenced to 16 years imprisonment. His appointed appellate counsel filed a brief under Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967), advising us that he has reviewed the record and can find no meritorious claims. As a result he has moved to withdraw from this case...
