{¶ 1} Johnny Stapleton Jr. (hereinafter "Johnny") appeals the judgment of the Lawrence County Court of Common Pleas. The trial court granted Johnny and Tiffany Stapleton (hereinafter "Tiffany") a divorce from each other. On appeal, Johnny argues that the trial court erred by awarding Tiffany a fifty-percent interest in the proceeds from Johnny's personal-injury lawsuit. We agree. Because Tiffany's pleadings...
