{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Anchor Acquisition, LLC, appeals the March 21, 2012 Judgment Entry entered by the Fairfield County Court of Common Pleas, which affirmed the December 1, 2009 Decision of the Industrial Commission of Ohio, allowing plaintiff-appellee Kathy Coler to participate in the Workers' Compensation Fund.
