{¶1} Appellant, the state of Ohio, appeals the judgment of the Portage County Municipal Court, Ravenna Division, granting appellee, Jeffrey Starkey's, motion to suppress. The issues are whether the trial court abused its discretion in ruling on an untimely motion to suppress and whether the trial court erred in granting the motion, which suppressed Starkey's urinalysis results due to a violation of R.C. 4506...
