{¶ 1} In this original action, relator, Anthony V. Bell, requests a writ of mandamus ordering respondent, Ohio Police and Fire Pension Fund ("OP & F") and its board of trustees ("the board"), to vacate its award of disability benefits under R.C. 742.38(D)(4) and to enter an award of disability benefits under R.C. 742.38(D)(2).
