{¶1} Plaintiffs-appellants Lorene and John Chlopecki brought this negligence action against Gilbane and several of its related companies (we shall refer to them collectively as "Gilbane") seeking damages for injuries Lorene suffered on a construction site when a mobile scaffolding that she was working atop rolled away and into an opening on the floor, causing it to topple.
