{¶1} Appellants Tanya Linetsky and Eldar Zarbavel1 (collectively referred to as "appellants") appeal the trial court's judgment awarding sanctions for attorney fees against Linetsky in favor of appellee Timothy DeJohn ("DeJohn") and assign the following errors for our review:
