DeGENARO, J.

{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, Monique R. White, appeals the March 8, 2012 judgment of the Youngstown Municipal Court convicting her of one count of interference with custody and sentencing her accordingly. Appointed appellate counsel filed a no-merit brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.E.2d 493 (1967) and State v. Toney,
