{¶1} State Highway Patrol Trooper Jared Hasler arrested Daniel Rospert for operating under the influence after Mr. Rospert drove his truck off the road. According to Trooper Hasler, Mr. Rospert had glassy, bloodshot eyes, a flushed face, and breath that smelled moderately of alcohol. Mr. Rospert also told him that he had had four or five beers.
