{¶1} Defendant-appellant Benjamin Persohn appeals from the jury verdict rendered in the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court finding him guilty of trafficking heroin, in violation of R.C. 2925.03(A)(1). Eight arguments are raised in this appeal. The first is whether the trial court improperly limited the examination of prospective jurors. The second is whether there was evidence establishing that Persohn was the perpetrator...
