{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Dustin Russell, filed February 27, 2012. Russell appeals from the February 22, 2012 judgment entry of conviction, following a no contest plea, to one count of possession of cocaine (20 grams but less than 27 grams), in violation of R.C. 2925.11(A), a felony of the second degree.
