{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Sharee Ross appeals from the judgment of the Hamilton County Municipal Court granting a writ of restitution and money damages to plaintiff-appellee Hidden Meadows Townhomes ("Hidden Meadows"). Because Hidden Meadows improperly removed Ross's subsidy and charged her market rent, we determine that the eviction based on her failure to pay the market rent was improper and that the...
