ROGERS, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant, Travis Holcombe, appeals the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Hancock County convicting him of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and assault. On appeal, Holcombe argues that the trial court erroneously allowed the State to introduce a video recording of the incident giving rise to his conviction.
