{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant, William Southam ("Southam"), appeals the judgment of the Henry County Court of Common Pleas, after a jury found him guilty of breaking and entering and possession of criminal tools. On appeal, Southam contends that the trial court should have granted its motion for a mistrial because of the alleged improper testimony of evidence of prior bad acts, and he contends that the trial court abused...
