{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, T.W., appeals the Allen County Court of Common Pleas Juvenile Division's judgment finding her delinquent for the offense of disorderly conduct following an adjudicatory hearing. T.W. argues her finding of delinquency is the result of an unconstitutional seizure and unlawful arrest, and that her finding of delinquency is against the manifest weight of the evidence.
