{¶1} Appellant, R.R. Wellington, Inc., ("Wellington") appeals from the judgment of the Portage County Court of Common Pleas, entering summary judgment in favor of appellee, Huntington National Bank ("Huntington"), on its complaint for foreclosure. We affirm.
