{¶ 1} Loren McGuire (hereinafter "Loren") appeals the judgment of the Chillicothe Municipal Court. The trial court (1) granted summary judgment against Loren and (2) awarded Chivaho Credit Union (hereinafter "Chivaho") the unpaid balance on a promissory note.
