{¶1} Appellant, Terrance Dowhan, appeals the judgment of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, denying his motion to modify the Domestic Violence Civil Protection Order ("CPO") entered against him in favor of his ex-wife, appellee, Sharon Dowhan, and the parties' three minor children.
