OPINION

FROELICH, J.

{¶ 1} Kyle Carver, who is serving a 19-year prison sentence on a 2005 conviction, appeals from a judgment of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, which overruled his motion to vacate court costs. For the following reasons, the judgment of the trial court will be affirmed.
