DECISION

FRENCH, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Jamaal A. Massey ("appellant"), appeals the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, which convicted him of murder with a firearm specification. For the following reasons, we affirm.

I. BACKGROUND
