{¶1} These four consolidated appeals challenge the judgment entries of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas in thirteen consolidated underlying cases that determined the priority of several liens1 filed against the property parcels collectively known as the "Cornerstone Development"2 located in Parma Heights, Ohio.
