{¶ 1} Appellant, Miracle Home Health Care, LLC ("Miracle"), appeals a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas that affirmed a decision of the Unemployment Compensation Review Commission ("Commission") finding that the home caregivers who worked for Miracle were in Miracle's employment for unemployment compensation purposes.
