{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, Clyde Hudson, appeals the decision of the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, convicting him of one count of felonious assault of a peace officer and one count of improperly handing a firearm in a motor vehicle, and sentencing him accordingly.
