{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Jimmy Henry, appeals the June 20, 2011 judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas which, following a jury trial convicting him of two counts of felonious assault with firearms specifications, sentenced him to nine years of imprisonment.
