{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, Thomas Nemcek, appeals the judgment of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas that granted summary judgment on a hostile-work-environment claim in favor of defendants-appellees, Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District ("NEORSD"), et al.
