{¶ 1} Plaintiffs-Appellants Sharon E. Kraft and John Kraft appeal the decision of the Court of Common Pleas, Richland County, which granted summary judgment in favor of Defendants-Appellees Johnny Biggs Mansfield, LLC, R & D Partnership, LLP, CFC Restaurant Group, Inc., and CFC Management Company, Inc., in a trip and fall lawsuit.
