{¶1} Defendant-appellant Richard Pellin Jr. appeals the decision of the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court which found him guilty of complicity to theft. He argues that the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction, that the evidence was insufficient regarding venue, and that the judgment was contrary to the manifest weight of the evidence.
