{¶1} On May 21, 2012, plaintiff, Ulious Brooks, filed a complaint against defendant, Sergeant McCroskey, defendant's correctional officer. On May 22, 2012, this court issued a pre-screening entry dismissing Sergeant McCroskey as defendant and requiring the plaintiff to file an amended complaint naming a state entity as a party defendant.
