{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant, Canterbury Holdings, Inc. ("Canterbury"), appeals the judgment of the Hancock County Court of Common Pleas granting Plaintiffs-Appellees' petition to submit the parties' dispute to arbitration and staying proceedings pending the outcome of arbitration.
