{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Cordero Roberson appeals from his conviction for Receiving Stolen Property and the imposition of community control sanctions. Roberson contends that the trial court erred in overruling his motion to suppress evidence of a firearm that was obtained by police during a warrantless search of his suitcase in the living room of an apartment while he was showering in the bathroom.
