{¶ 1} Plaintiff-Appellant Omnireal, Inc. appeals the decision of the Stark County Court of Common Pleas, which granted Defendant-Appellee Village of Meyers Lake's motion to dismiss appellant's complaint for declaratory judgment regarding a zoning ordinance.
