DECISION

FRENCH, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Jose Cruz-Altunar ("appellant"), appeals the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, which convicted him of murdering Ricardo Perez. For the following reasons, we affirm.
