{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Gerald K. Phillips ("Phillips"), appeals his convictions and sentence. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

{¶2} In October 2011, Phillips was indicted in two separate cases. In Case No. CR-555033, he was charged with two third degree felonies — theft, in violation of R.C. 2913.02(A)(1), and intimidation of a crime victim or witness...
