OPINION

HENDRICKSON, P.J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, David Dimitriou (Father), appeals a decision of the Warren County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, finding him in contempt for failing to pay child support and spousal support. For the reasons discussed below, we reverse the trial court's contempt finding and remand the matter for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
