McFARLAND, J.

{¶ 1} Appellant, Rodney W. Payne, II, appeals his conviction in the Ross County Court of Common Pleas after he pled no contest to one count of possession of cocaine. Appellant's appellate counsel has advised this Court that, after reviewing the record, he cannot find a meritorious claim for appeal. As a result, Appellant's counsel has moved to withdraw under Anders v. California,
