{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant Huttenbauer Land Company, LLC, ("Huttenbauer") has appealed from the trial court's entry, following a bench trial, that dismissed its complaint against defendants-appellees Harley Riley, Ltd., and Kenneth R. Riley. Because we find that the trial court erred in dismissing Huttenbauer's claim for breach of contract, we reverse its judgment with respect to that claim. The judgment...
