{¶1} This appeal is part of a longstanding dispute between Appellants Raymond and Maria Delost ("the Delosts"), and Appellees Ohio Edison Company ("Ohio Edison") and Penn Line Service, Inc. ("Penn Line"), over the removal of trees on the Delosts' property.
