{¶1} Appellant, Clarence Rowe, appeals the judgment of the Portage County Court of Common Pleas requiring arbitration and dismissing, with prejudice, his claims against appellees, EMCC Investment Ventures, LLC ("EMCC") and the Law Offices of Curtis O.
