GRADY, P.J.

{¶ 1} This appeal is from a final order of the probate court entered pursuant to R.C. 2111.02(A), granting the application of Matt Money to be appointed guardian of the person and estate of his mother, Pauline A. Money, who is incompetent. The court also rejected a competing application for appointment filed by Sean Vallone, who is Pauline Money's former attorney.
