{¶ 1} In 2007, Kevin M. Jones, Jr., was found guilty on his no contest plea of aggravated vehicular homicide and vehicular assault. The trial court sentenced Jones to an aggregate term of four and one-half years in prison, imposed a mandatory three-year term of postrelease control, ordered him to pay restitution, and suspended his driver's license for fifteen years.
