OPINION

GWIN, J.

{¶1} Defendant-appellant Bryan Bates appeals two judgments of the Court of Common Pleas, of Guernsey County, Ohio which we have consolidated. Appellant assigns three errors:

{¶ 2} "I. THE TRIAL COURT ERRED AS A MATTER OF LAW, ABUSED ITS DISCRETION WHEREAS, THE TRIAL COURT FAILED TO CONDUCT AN IN CAMERA INSPECTION TO DETERMINE IF INCONSISTENT STATEMENTS WERE PROVIDED TO THE GRAND JURY IN COMPARISON...
