FROELICH, J.

{¶ 1} After the trial court overruled her motion to suppress, Ashley L. Moore pled no contest to 35 counts of receiving stolen property, 16 counts of forgery (uttering), four counts of misuse of credit cards, and one count of theft by deception ($500 or more). The court found her guilty and sentenced her to five years of community control, which included the requirement that she pay restitution to several retailers...
